Glass shelves and glass bottles can be a great source of decorative accents, but it can also be difficult to get the best of the materials.
For this reason, we’ve created a step-by-step guide to help you get the most out of these simple materials.
Step 1: Identify the material you needStep 2: Measure the materialYou can find all of the Delphic glass products we’ve used here.
For each, the measurement can be found by taking the width of the side of the glass bottle, and then multiplying that number by the height of the bottle.
For example, if the glass side measures 10 inches wide and the bottle measures 7 inches tall, the width is 11 inches.
You can also use the measurement of the height to determine the thickness of the material.
Step 3: Choose a sizeStep 4: Measure your materialUsing the measurement you just made, measure your material and select a size.
You’ll need to do this for each material that you purchase.
You will also need to make sure you get an accurate measurement of your material.
To get an exact measurement, you’ll want to measure the width and height of each of your pieces, and compare them with the measurements you took earlier.
You may also want to use a measuring tape to get an even fit.
For our example, we will use a standard measuring tape, and use a 1/4 inch seam allowance.
To determine the size of your glass, simply divide the length of the piece by the width.
For an example, you’d use 1/8 inch.
You could also use a ruler to determine how big the piece will be.
Step 5: Choose the shapeYou can choose from many different shapes and styles, but the two that we’ll use are rectangular and rectangular with a square in the middle.
The shape of the shape you choose will determine how your glass will look.
If you’re using a round shape, make sure to select a square to the middle of the square, as the shape will look best if it’s a round.
If you’re not sure which shape you should go with, check out the options on our sample glass shelves and bottles page.
Step 6: Measure with the glass tipTip: If you don’t have a measuring cup or measuring device handy, you can use a glass tip to measure with.
The measuring cup will give you an accurate height and width.
You should also make sure the cup is level with the side and is completely flat against the glass.
To measure with a glass bottle or glass shelf, you will need to have a measurement cup or a measuring device.
You might have to purchase one of these separately if you have one that isn’t in stock, or order one from Amazon.
Step 7: Measure and add the materialTo measure the material with a measuring bottle, you need to measure from the bottom of the container to the top of the opening, and make sure that the opening is level.
You’re also going to want to make an even, even amount of contact with the top and bottom of your container.
You can also measure your glass material using the same method.
You simply measure the diameter of the top portion of the length and width of your measuring cup.
If your container measures about 6 inches, you should be measuring from the top end of the measuring cup to the bottom, and you should have a diameter of about 1/2 inch.
If it’s not, you’re missing a piece of glass.
Step 8: Add the materialStep 9: Check the final productStep 10: Repeat steps 7-10 to finish off your decorative glass itemsThe material that we purchased will need several coats of clear glass.
If this is your first time using a clear glass product, it may take some practice to get comfortable with the material and how it looks.
However, if you’re a glass aficionado, you might be able to get by with one coat.
Once you get a feel for how to apply clear glass to your decorative glasses, you may be able get away with two coats.
If so, make the best use of the remaining time before adding more coats.
Step 11: Spray the glassStep 12: Use a clear plastic spray bottleStep 13: Store your glass bottles and glass shelvesIn our example of our glass bottles, the plastic spray bottles we used were available in the store for about $2.50.
The bottle itself costs about $1.00, but you can purchase a larger bottle for about the same price, and a smaller bottle for around $2 to $3.00.
You also can purchase glass bottles that are available in a variety of colors and styles.
